Hello all,
First we want to thank you all for waiting so long. As you can see our latest update because the Facebook and Instagram Accounts were hacked and deleted, you can be sure that it was a very stressful time for us! Especially since in the middle of our first project, where we worked so lovingly and intensively. We don´t want to digress too far, but it´ll definitely takes longer before we can create new sites for social media! The first parcel with miniatures are on the way to us, so we can hopefully start shipping at the end of July/early August! We apologize for these complications because Facebook and Instagram.

FB acoount hacked...

Hey folks,
our facebook account was hacked. Our main page Mattes Miniatures,the second page Mattes Lüdtke and our instagram account mattes_miniatures were associated pages to that account.
Maybe this pages could not be restored. We do our best to get in contact with facebook to find a solution. In the worst case we have to create a new account and new pages for mattes miniatures on Facebook and Instagram. In this case we will inform you.
It is serious. The planning of new models and all related work will therefore be postponed.
No worry about your order. We want you to know this has no influence on the project into the abyss. we have managed your addresses securely and received them via backerkit!
Your trust is important to us!
The Miniatures will be delivered as planned and hopefully on time.
In some countries, the duration of delivery also depends on the corona crisis.

Whats next?...
We locked the orders on Backerkit now. If you want to order more miniatures than contact us at [email protected] or send us a message on Facebook Mattes Miniatures.
The next part is charging the credit-cards and lock the addresses. We will charge the cards at the 1st of May 2020. You can change your shipping address at Backerkit up to the specified date.
We will start shipping your miniatures as soon as possible.
The expected delivery is in mid-July. Due to the corona crisis some shipments may be delayed, i will keep you up to date.

Hey Guys,
this update have 3 parts, please read until the end. The 3rd part is very important!
1.)
Here is the first resin cast of the Abyssal Minotaur. He came out very well and the quality looks just amazing! We live in crazy times, but our caster is working hard day by day, so the production is running well. Despite the crisis, we will do everything we can, to deliver your miniatures in time!!!

Last but not least and this is very important!
Please make sure that all of you has answered the surveys. Today i sent reminders via Backerkit, the deadline is the 31st of march 2020 (24:00 o´clock UTC). Until this date you can change every detail(name, shipping address etc.) and everything you have ordered.
Some people told me they haven´t received the reminder e-mails from Backerkit. If you don´t received an e-mail, then contact me via Facebook messenger (Mattes Miniatures) or send me an e-mail to [email protected]
