Hello,

I hope you are all well!

we checked, sorted and packed all the miniatures we received from our caster and it was actually a lot more work than expected.

We noticed that we only received half of our total order (except for the minotaur).

We spoke to our mould maker and caster today and the good news 60 minotaurs are almost ready for shipping, so the next parcel from our caster should arrive soon!

Many of you have asked us to start shipping and we have announced and promised that it will be done as soon as possible. 

I can't say when the next parcel of miniatures arrive, but I will start shipping on 10th February all the Miniatures we have in stock, even it becomes more expensive for us.

We don't have a precise overview because the extra costs, but a lot has changed in terms of shipping over the past year. especially USA, Europe, Switzerland and Great Britain...

Ich hoffe ihr seid alle wohl auf!

Wir haben alle Miniaturen,  die wir von unserem Caster erhalten haben begutachtet, sortiert und verpackt und es war wirklich viel mehr Abreit wie erwartet.

Wir haben erst die Hälfte unserer Bestellung erhalten (abgesehen vom Minotaurus).

Wir haben heute mit unserem Mould maker/Caster gesprochen und 60 Minotauren sind fast Versandfertig, also sollte es nicht lange dauern bis das nächste Paket bei uns eintrifft.

Viele von euch haben mich gebeten, mit dem Versand zu beginnen, und ich haben angekündigt und versprochen, dass dies so bald wie möglich geschehen wird.
Ich kann nicht sagen, wann das nächste Paket mit Miniaturen bei uns eintrifft, aber ich werde am 10. Februar mit dem Versand aller Miniaturen, die wir hier haben, beginnen.  Auch wenn es für uns teurer wird.

Wir haben noch keine genauen Daten, was die zusätzlichen Versandkosten betrifft. Im Bezug auf den Versand hat sich im letzten Jahr allerdings viel geändert. Vor allem was USA und  Europa betrifft, aber auch Schweiz, Großbritannien und Deutschland haben mittlerweile höhere Versandkosten. Hello all, 

today we have some good news and some bad news for you.

the second parcel has arrived a few days ago! But unfortunately the minotaur is missing.

It seems like a joke to me. 

I´m tired of waiting...really!

I hope the miniatures of the  85 minotaurs arrive soon, then i can finally close the chapter Into The Abyss. 

So the Parcels are ready for sending, just waiting for the minotaurs. HURRY UP DARALL, we are tired of waiting!!!!

Hello guys,

I asked our caster yesterday again about shipping the rest of the miniatures.

His answer: "I plan to have the rest to you by the end of this month Mattes. I truly am sorry for all of this..."

To all my backers.

I don´t know what conforming words to say to you anymore. The shipping date was July the 20th. and now we have November the 14th... If I had known it was taking so long, i would chosen another company for molding and casting or just started the project "Into The Abyss" much later! 

I only know that i worked like crazy on my miniatures day and night and i sent the miniatures in time to our caster. It was one of the most stressful times in my life. On the other hand, one of the best times in my life!

I know Master molding and casting for miniatures is a long process too, but we all almost waiting one year for them...

The time has come for shipping!

I will give him one more chance for shipping the miniatures until end of the month. 

I am just sorry for you guys, i hope you can understand my situation.

Another delay...

Hello guys, 

we´re so sorry,  but we have another delay. Some tiny parts of Azarogh (Tail of the horse, a sword, banner, axe etc.) and some other parts of the Abyssal Warriors are still missing. Our caster sent two parcels with parts of all minis in different parcels... The first parcel arrived early september with the most parts of the Abyssal Warriors, but we need the second parcel for completing the Abyssal Warriors set! We can´t start shipping without the second parcel! We know it is annoying and the shipment is long overdue... 

We hoped to deliver on time, but now we are here and have to wait for the second parcel. 

We´re really sorry about that and we hope you can understand our situation.

So, let´s hope for a quick delivery of the missing parcel. We really do our best!

The Miniatures has been arrived!!!

Hello all, 

today we have good news for you! The first big parcel of your miniatures with the 8 Abyssal warriors and 3 dwarfs has been arrived today, finally we can start shipping a part of your miniatures the next days! FINALLY!!!! 

The 2nd Parcel with the Abyssal Minotaur, shard maidens and the old wizard should arrive the next couple of days...
